The problem: A training academy needed a working 10-seat computer lab in an empty room, with safe browsing for students.
What we did: Installed a network rack and 16-port gigabit switch
Ran Cat6 cabling through trunking to every desk
Set up 10 PCs with Microsoft Office and user policies
Installed web filtering and Microsoft 365 Business Basic licences
The result: Ten working seats on a filtered network, ready for classes.

2026 · IT Support

The problem: The same academy moved premises and needed the lab, projector and network moved without losing teaching time.
What we did: De-installed and re-installed the computer lab
Replaced the network with a MikroTik router, access point and PoE switch
Separated the campus and admin networks with VLANs
Added web filtering from a blocklist plus custom rules that block malicious and social media sites
Mounted and connected the projector
The result: The lab running at the new site, with student and admin traffic kept apart and unwanted sites blocked.

The problem: Site inspections were captured on paper and re-typed into documents, then filed by hand.
What we did: Scoped the process under a service-level agreement
Built Microsoft Forms for on-site capture
Generated Word documents from a template, with a verification step
Filed finished documents in Teams by site name
The result: Site data captured once, turned into signed documents and filed automatically.

The problem: A practice needed new workstations and printing, set up to work together from day one.
What we did: Supplied office PCs, 22-inch monitors and keyboards
Installed wireless cards and joined the network
Set up a multi-function EcoTank printer on the network
The result: New workstations and printing in place and networked.

The problem: Several ageing machines were slow or failing, and the owner wanted to upgrade rather than replace them.
What we did: Upgraded storage to SSDs and added memory
Refurbished two desktops with new boards and clean Windows installs
Reconditioned two laptops and migrated their data
Wrote an insurance valuation letter for one machine
The result: The machines upgraded and refurbished rather than replaced.
